Experience

Last Sunday concluded our Magnify series. Our goal was to immerse people in an experience of worship. We did that through the following elements:

• A cross was placed in the center of the floor.
• Chairs were reoriented to face the cross.
• The worship team was not the focus even though they still led.
• A stone was placed on every chair.
• Our stones represented secret sins.
• Worshippers were invited to bring their stones to the cross.
• After confessing our sin, communion was shared.
